David Sinclair is one of the most renowned experts on aging . He has spent years studying the secrets and guidelines for living longer and better, as well as the practices every human being should follow to stay young and live more than 100 years. Professor Sinclair goes further. Therefore, he establishes that one of the guidelines to follow is to take resveratrol , a type of natural phenol and phytoalexin produced in some plants and functioning as an antioxidant. Many of its effects help reduce blood sugar levels, help the body fight disease, and reduce blood clotting. This element is found in various foods such as peanuts, blackberries, cranberries, and red wine.
Another guideline to follow is not to eat sugar. The professor says he avoids this food, as well as alcohol and dairy products. Sinclair says he doesn’t eat these foods , ” unless I’m celebrating something, and I occasionally eat a potato chip.”
