The certification program offered by the Nutrigenomics lnstitute provides a very good overview of content ranging from foundational learning and molecular Nutrigenomics to specific genes and the epigenetic factors that can influence them. These online classes offer research references and visuals for review in the event that a concept is difficult to understand or retain. I found the information relevant and useful in my work with clients rather than it being just an academic exercise done for certification.
